Alcatel OT-C701 Easy Unlocker error

hi , i can´t get to open the Alcatel OT-C701 Easy Unlocker , keep coming error message : can´t get ip server of the server ....
all others can get to open them exept Alcatel OT-C701 Easy..so i don´t think the server is "down!!"
