i have many phone kg195 hanging problem and hang both are same but i try to many option such as format ffs and full flash but same condition i have infinity box it nice box but help me infinity suppoter. i waiting for your answer:)

If you have zero results after "format ffs" operation you have a good reason to check phone hardware.
Did you tried to make so ?
