k810 red blinking dont read info

hi i gopt a k810 with red blinking problem, when i connect phone to db, phone only red blinking and say connect phone to dream box cable, i try with anoteh rand read all ok, what it could be?

remouve the battery for backup and the telephon its bouting normaly write flash and all we fine good loock!

you mean the backup battery inside pcb?

just try to flash the phone using DCU60...and then try with normal cable..

SOLUTION:

rehot the fast port with flux, then try again;)
this solution woks fine;)

yes sir....

you need to connect it pressing 2+5 in dcu....100% will connect....sure.
