Same Problem I Faced in K770I.
Phone Was Red Blinking Condition. Flash Inside ST Memory.
So I Make Tp and Repair GDFS. After Successfully Repair GDFS. I Power On Phone And Check Sim Lock Status Phone Show All Locked is Open. When I Switch Off and Switch On Phone and check The Again Sim Lock Status All Locked is Closed.???? confused ???? I agian Unlock and Repair Via Security Bypass Mode. But Same Condition. After Unlock and Repair When you First Time Switch Phone on Phone Will Show All Lock is Open After Switch Off. All Locked is Closed.
So I Try To Flash and After Flash Same Condition i again did unlock and repair but same.
I Write the Dumped File But Same Condition.
So Atlast i Decide To Change Flash IC. SO I Change Flash Ic But Now I use Intel Flash. and agian i Flash Phone and unlock and Repair The Phone But Same Condition All Lock Is Closed.
Summry:
Might Be Processor Damage
Might Be Internal Layout Problem
Might Be MAD IC DAMAGE.

The answer is simple - this is hardware issue.
