PS:flash chip is changed but phone is ON with "Inser correct sim" problem.
I try TP and get this error: :confused:

User selected phone K810 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 99000301FFFFFFFF (DB2020 / DB2030)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
Error : Failed.

Can you send all logs from DBSS (Program Files -> DreamBox dbss.log,dbsserror.log etc.) to us (techaid[@]dreambox.hk)?

I think this is hardware issue.

DBSS can't flash phone with empty flash chip, for now.
If chip is not empty - this is a hardware issue.
It rarely get it worked while i use battery in k800 for example.
You mean phone is hardwarely damaged?
Impossible,coz it's a new phone.

did u do emptyfill procedure???
i get many error like that
mostly just simply do emptyfill procedure with new flash chip,
if that doesn't work, just change underfilled UPP..
ur phone should work after do that...

my friend kevin168
my problem solved with replace a flash ic from a working phone
its very interesting because this phone only show error in end of recognizing by DREAMBOX but with this flash ic proccess completed and phone comes up!
