iphone p168+ problem

i format one iphone china with rebooting when we put sim after rebuilt imei all be ok but the phone work with sim and 2 mn after the phone reboot i flash it with flash in support + original eeprom and now the phone die

Flash phone with it's original backup.
Remove sim card
Try to make 112 (emergency) call
What is the results ?
