6300 (rh-19) went off with sim card .............i format (safe) and rewrite imei set was now working .....but only one hour ......after one hour customer bring it back to me in same condition set went off with sim card................this time format (safe) not working after this set not fixed............... i am afraid of doing format (complete) because this function often made set did (spacialy 6300) even not revive back up file also.................so what should i do?
