Need drivers for Exintel+V-E dongle

Yesterday i installed the setup of V-E pro in D/ . it show a driver of V-E dongle in there but its only for Windows Vista. i need for Windows XP.
plz share the driver of Exintel box and V-E dongle for Windows XP

driver for box is
PL-2303_Driver_Installer
you can down load form www.xintel.com.cn
vedongle is i think plug and play as it find driver it self from window after installing set up Xintel 2.42
ve search its self for driver no need to give any path.
