anycool d66+ big problem after format

i have anycool restart with the 2 sim .... i format it (safe) .... after format i put the 2 sim give me sim error and after 1 min give me insert sim .... plz i need help wz this problem
notice :: i don`t have backup or eprom backup for this phone so i format it without backup ..... plz help and this is the log :::
