DB alway show CONNECTED without TP using

Hi,

I have one box that problem with TP is unnormally coz only show CONNTECTED however I am not using TP and chage with afew phone only trying boot with TP it show CONNECTED (Green) and some time change to DISCONNETED (Red) after chage to CONNECTED (Green) in access mode: Test Point.

Hope supporter help with this solution.

Testing with Normally phone and dead phone is show CONNTECTED the same but we still not using TP to point on PCB yet.

This Error from TP2 Cable or Box problem or PC problem any help and advice.

first of all check your tp cable with new cable

Thanks your reply, But I am using without TP cable (Unplug TP) and trying go to Access TP command also show TP CONNECTED also it mean not from TP Cable and waiting some time it show Discouted (Red) and back to CONNECTED again (Green). waiting other solution from here.

Still more query with this box. suppoert came for advice and help.................harry

More query with this problem with Dream Box SE always CONECTED TP even not using TP also.
