why iam getting error in reset or unlock procedure on GTIDE W110
phone is locked..

Hello,
it looks like cable problem, be sure that cable inserted completely in phone connector
yes sir I fully inserterted also I tried by removing cover same. today i downloaded new version V1.50 problem same!
software version: 1.10

no cable is 100% ok i have just tested one today with the same message on infinity ,and used the same cable same phone to connect with vodafone sagem software and i was able to interact software and phone on model 225 ,but didnt managed to unlock it

this seems like a bugs pls check on that not cable am getting some error and cable is ok hope u will work on is asap sir
