sgh 2400 only one bar of battery

I have a samsung 2400 that when I put it charging it starts charging well for about some 10 minutes, but then it stops with only one battery bar......
if I disconnect charger it stays with only one battery bar, and even if I let it connected more time, the same happens..

Need help.....
I have 2 phones in same condition

ihad one and it was a battary i cleand the battary connectors and it work,try may be!
