dct4 bluetooth for voice wil never be added to this handset.
it never has been on the spec sheets as it is intended home use only and not classed a business users handset.

Maybe they may release 7650i but who knows ....

Yes it's confirmed 3650 Video camera & Messaging soft can be install in Nokia 7650, tested and worked. But you can only capture almost less than 10secs of real moving images.

First you should install VideoMessaging software and after that overwrite with english version file.

With any filemanager for 7650 (SeleQ, ...) You should copy it form Inbox.
