w810 dead by reset factory

According to the owner the phone has died by reset factory . when I want to repair GDFS by Dream i get error like this :

User selected phone W810 using Test Point boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot response = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
Warning : Detected platform is different from selected
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 356573-01-353330-8
OTP CID = 50
EROM Color = 4 : RED
EROM CID = 50
Error : Failed.

Any idea ?

Is that true , DREAM cannot do any thing to W810 cid 50 ?

can be done thru DreamSE>....

but in your condition....i think flash chip need to dry.....

try once warm the flash chip and try again..

thanks pal I was suspected to that chip but since the phone was brand new I preferred to play with software .
