Need help about recovering data from 7610 <<<

I got a Nokia 7610 with problem about when turn it on it only display Nokia logo then it withdraw & on about three times then it shuts down.
Mostly it's software problem & all it needs is only to be reflashed but the most important thing is the data on the device such contacts & messages i need it deadly, & sure the device can't be detectd with nokia PC suite cause it doesn't complete start normally, so is there anyway to recover it PLEASE >>>

if u wnt data from your phone , its posible when phone is complite on,
so u get a chance with hw solution.(with soft solution u loos ur data, so its cant help u )
1- check with change zocus ic
2- reball ram ic and check
3- may be other parts problem but u take chance

if your phone on direct with this procedure u got ur data .

Thanks Amit Tank , but i'm quite sure it's software problem & if i will think as you told & then after doing hardware issues & didn't get result i will be so so sorry to harm & ruin the phones board for nothing !!!
