How feasible is it to activate cell broadcast.I am concerned about the costs and the percentage of phones which are capable of receiving cell broadcast.I have read the theory though.I just want to know how feasible it is practically.

Cell brodcaste is possible to all old and new mobile hand set.For smsung ,press menu to go message folder then press broadcaste,receive yes,add channel code 050 just ok.For nokia activate the cell information in setting menu.For all type of mobile use samsung setting.Just do it man...........
