need help on toshiba 803T keypad problem

good evening my co-forumers i have a toshiba 803t vodafone which is all the keypads are not functioning. the reason for this is that when i put the battery on the phone it will automatically power-on, as a result, all the keypads are not functioning.

Any idea my co-forumers???
