Sagem my 411x hang when insert sim card

hello guys, i have sagem my 411x. this fone was working properly. but today when i change the sim card its not work some time screen blue and some time fone hangs on and auto restart. if some 1 know abt this fault plz help me. thnx.

brother first of all check for sw faults ... try removing media and pictures from phone ... for more info check sagdd support section...
