i have this problem, test point ok but says:

Sending StartBoot Ok.
Error: Boot2 answer code(00)!

...hmmm,
regarding to your problem, seems to you don't have the good testpoint or your cable is "data cable" type, not the "service cable".
BTW, which type of cable you use???
