P168+ Problem need help

First time recived this type of phone and made a mistake didnt make beckup of flash only eprom.
The phone was dead and after flash with file from support:
NEOTEL25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00[1].YG718-03-SIV100ASIV100B-IPHONE-EN12-BTNO-900-V007__I-PHONE_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Es_It_Da_De_Th_Vn_Tr_Pt_Ar.B0M

The phone is working well but I can see only one sim activation and the phone is with 2 sim the original ver. of phone was :
NEOTEL25_06B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.YG718-03-SIV100ASIV100B-NOLOGO-EN12-BTNO-900-V002.BIN

Any help abaut this phone.

Good day !

Are you sure that your phone has 2 active sim cards ?
Some phones has 2 cards but only one card can work at a time.
And in most cases MT6225 based phones is with 1 active card only
