Have you tried Rolis flasher 478b?

I don't understand why people use Knok. Rolis is 10X faster and better.

It took me an hour to backup a 6210!

Just use Xp mobile 2002 or Knok Phoenix (select phone model 5210) to make backup from the other phone than flash the backup to your phone and Bingo Your phone is Alive (if that's no hardware failure). If don't work please cek your cable connection and printer port setting in BIOS must Normal or ECP+EPP

In Rolis 478b I can select 5210 (NSM-5) in the dropdown menu

478b6 has no 5210, maybe there is a newer build?

Rolis has 5210 on the menu, but it hands out a dead set.

Knock works for 5210, Rolis does not.

I know your prob :)
I had the same you have wrong connector!!
It does fit but pins are not correct! Just look at them!
The rounds on PCB are not matching with pins on your connector...
you need newer connector to work with 5210..
