got a as samsung J 600 in which Key board (touch sense0 on the display slide part is not working any help.tried with new upper slide assembly but problem persisit..any help schematic etc.

i tried to change ribon and digital flex but no result

i have a samsung j600. suddenly i getting problem with yes button(touch).its doesn't work. pleas help me soon buddies

change inner keypad inside the front pannel it worked for me post reply

Have you tried:
-> Settings
-> 2) Phone Settings
-> 3) Slide Settings
-> press the Down key and select the "Down" entry
-> use Left and right to select "Stop Operation"
-> press the "Save" save soft key
Now when you slide down the cover on your J600 it should disable the touch keys. If you try to press any hard key it should say "Keypad is locked. When the slide down is set to "Continue Operation" I get prompted to lock the phone when I slide the cover down.

I am Jai Goel from Delhi. I am using your two handsets of Samsung namely D-840 and W-339.
We are facing the problem in both the sets. In D-840 the screen was continuously distorted but that complaint was resolved in your service centre in Janakpuri in DC in Delhi itself. In W-339 we are facing a problem of continuous disturbance in between the calls, broker ccjs mortgage (http://www.adverse-mortgage-centre.co.uk/broker-ccjs-mortgage.html) it often goes switch off automatically and its keypad lock is also not working and as if you know it is the touch screen handset, keypad unlock is the major problem. It is also in the warranty period as it was purchased in the last winter only.
We have shown this cell to the service centre also (the branch is stated above) but the problem was not solved, construction factoring (http://www.ifgnetwork.com/construction_factoring.php)then they did send that handset to our head office also twice but still the problem is same. The handset is not working properly.
So, it’s a humble request that please sort out our problem and repair the handset as soon as possible. For collection of the cell please contact on the number given below.
