6300 problem

plz tell what to do in this case
i get one 6300 and when i press power button the phone but if i release the button the phone off again aslso when i try any action with infinity box the connection loose when i release

It looks like this phone has a hardware fault, probably with phone power IC.
It is need to open phone and check it's hardware.
