Tomtom Red Cross Error On Memory Card

Hi,
Need help I have tomtom one v3 when I put the memory card on the tomtom.
Get Red Cross error on memory card, its mean not accept memory card or wrong software I change the memory card.
Try to put memory card form another tomtom same software still not accepted if put this mamory card another tomtom working ok.

Is it virus on it or the tomtom need reflash?

If any buddy knows how to fix it please help me please

It is either wrong navcore/ttsystem for the device or wrong sd-card type.
Are you using SDHC sdcard?
Usually wrong navcore for the device.
