u600 display problem

i have a problem with u600 display, he work normaly without sim card but when i put it the lcd turns black, i change the lcd and the flex but th esame problem
if anyone know the solution please post it

i hav e the same probleme with 2 phones
one time work 2 days ok and than ik get blsck lcd
ik have changed the lcd and the flex but the same probleme

it's realy a big probleme and no solution up to now i have 2 u600 with a same probleme when i turn the on the screen show bleu but when i put any thig under the midl of the mothe boarde it work and when i raise my hand it hange any solution plz for this u600
