KE600 always restart

KE600 always restart. See screen startup and restart. Flashed many version not happy.
Who know? maby have same problem. Thx.

I Flashed eprom fullflash main fs. No result.:(

I have same problem av tried writing main+fs and then factory defaults but still restarting. There is nowhere to download eeprom even in support.
