What file you talk about ? Two different S7 firmware exist in support area.

It's not possible to "repair files" that you have read from damaged phones.
If you need good firmware you need to read flash from GOOD WORKING PHONE and send it to InfinityBoxSupport@gmail.com se we will be able to prepare good flash files.

Are you sure that your phone is a Spice-S7 ?
Could, you, please, check with multimeter where is GND pin.
Also, did you tried to use pinout via phone connector ?
