the phone is new brought by a customer that said: the phone is unlocked some where, it is without network flashed with many flash files from the support all repair eprom files but the same result no network when you make 112 it writes error and vibrates time to time (since the phone is very new i don't think it is hardware problem ) some help infinitysupport ?:(

Hello,

1. flash phone with R1C firmware + lp + flex from support area
2. write any "repair eeprom"
3. make unlock
phone should be alive

You can try to use different repair eeprom files.

Also check phone imei at back label, it may be that your phone is from America

no it is from france but how i can know if the fault is hardware or software ?

if phone can power-on normally but can not find network there is a big chance that it's hardware problem.

Dear infinitysupport. I already face the same problem. I already flash it in follow your advice. but no result. plz give me another solution.
