need flash file of chinese ZTC 988

Sir i had a chinese mobile model no. ZTC 988 in dead condition
after complete formatting when try to power on phone the phone blinks only first time after formatting the flash file of this phone is not available on support area pls help me and send a appropriate flash file for this phone
the firmware of this phone is:

I suggest you to make flash backup, reball flash chip, CPU chip and then flash phone with original backup.
