Please, give me an answer #1: Are you able to Power-On phone after you have connected + and - wires to phone instead of battery ?
Please, give me an answer #2: Did you read PinFinder manual ?
Please, be honest and give me honest answers for my questions. It is very important for me to get HONEST answers due to until now we had no problems with PinFinder hardware but it was many problems with users who did not read manuals and talk not honest information about "faulty PinFinder".
But after manual reading all problems was solved.
As I can see you are not experienced user, so, please, give me exact answers to my previous questions and then we will see what to do.

you should test first is ur infinity-box suplies up to 5volts if not, remove the diode as shown in the manual.
then be sure to switch put "POWER-ON" in the pinfinder software before u try to detect pins. for the first time it can be hard, but u will be happy latter, i asure u. just READ MANUAL CAREFULLY. dont rush.
Hope u succeed.

i did self test..
i did jumper and remove diode in my infinity box.. (multitester show +5 volt) my phone can power on from box as battery.
i read carefully pinfinder manual and i follow it..
i didn't cut wire as pinfinder manual shows because my wire is not like in pinfinder manual (no additional unneeded wire)..
what should i do now...?
my pinfinder still can't detect Automatic pinout detection and can't do manual pinout selection.
please help me, i have no more money to buy pinfinder adapter again..

As I can see you have tried to use PinFinder for phones that was unknown for you and as a resul you can not test PinFinder well.
Please, let's be serious and let's test your PinFinder device with phones that has well-known pinout instead of try phones with unnown CPU and unknown pinout.
Please, see here detailed step-by-step instruction for well-known phones: http://www.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=526956
If you still insist that you want to use PinFinder for phones that you listed, please, lets start from begin and let's make everything step-by-step.
So, lesson is started...
1. take mito 288GG phone
2. open phone and post here what is phone CPU chip name
after you will post here your answer we will give you instruction about next step.

According to your question I am absolutely sure that you did not read PinFinder manual, in other case it should be no this kind of questions.
So, even if procedure described more than clear in manual, let's make everything step-by step and let's help you to read manual now to avoid many strange questions in future.
If you want to tryby yourself again, please, read page 16 in PinFinder manual, in other case I will gude you step-by-step.
So, here is procedure:
STEP-1: open phone and tell me what is phone CPU chip name.
If you do not know CPU chip name tell me "I do not know CPU chip name or I can not open phone".

You have found 2nd CPU pinout (MT6205 CPU) but you need to find MT6226 pinout.
To repair phone you need to fins 1st CPU pinout and then format 1st CPU but not 2nd.
If you still want to format 2nd CPU you need to press and hold phone Power button all time during operation !
How to find 2nd CPU pinout ?
Press "More" button in PinFinder, exclue pins that was found for 2nd CPU and repeat autodetection process again (this procedure is well explained in PinFinder manual).
Waiting for your results.

It is need to check PCB more carefult, if PinFinder can not detect MT6226 pinout at phone connector this means that RX and TX should be marked at PCB.
Anyway, as you can see, your PinFinder works and can detect pinout in automatic mode.

Hello,
In some cases it's not possible to detect pinout for both CPU, it may be a result of 2nd pinout absence at phone bottom connector.
If 2nd (or 1st) pinout can not be detected, please, check PCB carefully, it may be that RX/TX (RX_A/TX_A or RX_B/TX_B) test points located at PCB.
More information about pinout detection can be found in "ChineseMiracle" forum http://www.gsmhosting.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=425 in "FAQ" sticky thread.
