Bad Software Problem

I am unable to find solution for BAD SOFTWARE in XDS XpressMusic 5310.

Also, ET-BoX support section does not include Chinese Flash Files.

Please upload BAD Software solution as soon as possible.

And to all members, instead of reading flash, always read Firmware. It give you more reliable flash file for every phone. I flashed Sigmatel S3 with a flash file read from a working phone, but it caused white display. I again read firmware and wrote to other phone and it worked fine.
