dear infinity team plz help me i have tried to install chinese miracle 2.48 then it says upgrade dongle firmware but when i try to upgrade it gave me error plz help me----------Process started:3:53:32 PM----------

I have read it carefully.I use my Infinity at shop and download updates at home.I can't run INFINITY modules except some like bird module at home PC.It gives some error like
'8?????????????????????9????????????????????' is not a valid Integer value.and when I press OK button it says
"access voilation at address 00554B06 in module 'Chinese miracle.exe' read of address 00000024"

I only wanted to know if dongle firmware is need to be updated as new dongle manager is released.

Access violation: delete ChineseMiracle folder from PC and install ChineseMiracle again

Dongle upgrade: you do NOT need to upgrade dongle every day.
When (if) it will be need to upgrade dongle you will see message in updated software: UPGRADE YOUR DONGLE FIRMWARE !
You DO NOT need to upgrade dongle in other situations.
Infinity-Box programmers have made very easy dongle upgrade process, each user will be informed personally when (if) he need to upgrade dongle at a time when he really need to upgrade dongle.
Please, do not make other users confused and do not ask us to make useless posts regarding dongle upgrade.

Hello,

FTDI chip can be found in any electronic components shop.
Also you can take FTDI chip from any other Unibox.

If FTDI chip is damaged you have near zero chance to replace box by warranty because FTDI chip damage in most cases is a result of bad wires connection from box to phone, I don't think that reseller will replace box in this situation.
Also FTDI chip price for sure much less than any delivery expenses (if you will try to send box back to reseller).

dear infinity team i bye new infinity by parsel i don,t use it becase it is allready dimage when i install infinity box by user menul the infinity box smart card is ok softwear is runing but pinfinder cannot detect infinity update is ok but pinfider update
pinfinder not detect when i use moto f3 cable and moto fon f3 good but phone not detect the infinity box red light dos,not on only green light is on and rx light does not blink only off tx pin blink

Hello,

Did you tried to use Infinity-Box for other phones ?
I suggest you to try box with other phones and see results due to if you test with one phone only it may be problem with cable or problem with phone.
Just make tests with other phones.

As I can see you do not want to think in good direction but you want to write strange things only. Please, tell me why so ?

Here is my advices:
1. go to your PC Device manager and post here screenshot with COM port section.
2. Explain exactly what phones you have tried to connect with Infinity-Box
3. Explain exactly what cables you have used
4. Post here logs
5. Did you tried to use any other cables, f.e. COM port cables or any other box as a cable ?

After you will make detailed answers to all my questions we will will be able to ask more questions.

Do not talk about things that you can not understand.
Who is that your "smart" friend who told that your box and FTDI chip is damaged ?
That friend has ZERO KNOWLEDGES, he just heard something but in fact he has zero brain.
I suggest you in future think by your own head but not try to find stupid rumors.

It's not hard for me to repeat my questions again. I am well known parrot who can repeat questions again and again untill I'll get an answers that can helps to solve the problem.

Some information: different phones has different connection procedure so in some cases rx/tx LEDs should be blinking but for other phone should NOT blinking diring initial connection.

So, please, give answers to the next questions:
1. Explain exactly what phones you have tried to connect with Infinity-Box
2. Explain exactly what cables you have used for phones that you have tried to connect
3. Post here logs
4. Did you tried to use any other cables, f.e. COM port cables or any other box as a cable ?

fisrt i install infinity box then install driver after conect box the box install succec then conect pinfinder pin finder can not conect then i use infinity box cables and good working mobiles sed 838+ cable sed 838+ n95 cable n95 and many more but cannot conect any phone with softwear

in uper side of box 2 led the green led is on the red led is off and off all time

now check VERY VERY carefully what new devices you can see in your system after you have connected box.
Check VERY VERY VERY carefully COM port section and also other USB devices section.

Hello,

If you are sure that your box is damaged you can try to replace FT232 chip.
This cheap available in any electronic components shop and quite cheap.
Important thing: it's need to find FT232 chip with exactly the same marks as in your box due to different types of FT232 chip is exist.

If you can not find FTDI chip you can use any other cable instead of Infinity-Box unibox.
Also you can get FTDI chip from other unibox.
