X701 restarts itself,Can i fix this by infinity?

hello infinity,
i have one X701,when power on shows 'App. closed DataConnectionLogger' and it restarts itself http://newserver.gsmhosting.com/ubb/confused.gif maybe i think memory full or something else. Can you advice me with infinity this problem can be fixed ?
