my language pack editor is active and when i register and update with dongle manager
error:liecense <my dongle id>.dat not found send liesense .ask to resseler .....

please help about that....

Please, contact to your reseller who provided to you LanguagePack Editor license.

thx a lot infinty team but i cant contact with my reseller

and i have language pack editor in dongle manager menu when i register my box.
but i have this message .can i use other way to resolve this.

If you have bought LanguagePack activation you can contact to InfinityRemoteUpdate@yahoo.co.uk
Include in your mail detailed problem description, also run DongleManager, make "Read S/N" operation and include in mail full text from software log window.
Also include in mail information who is your reseller who sold you LanguageEditor activation.
