Try to flash phone again
and never flash phone if you are not sure that you need to do so.

hello infinity,
the folder does not exit in my programme files.i installed v 1.21 exe. but unfortunately i cleaned the charging chack in j120 .mildly rehot the phone with thinner. after an hour i full flash the phone with latest firmware.now the phone work very well. i write main,lp,flex files.the phone work well.

Well... I see this thread become a general thread regarding motorola models. Let it be so...

Pls explain what is your problem with c116 flashing in details so we will be able to tell you how to fix your problem.

hi infinity team,
the phone moto c116 power on .after few minutes the phone hang up.after the hang up the phone could not off mode.when we take battery the phone switched off.after few minutes when we insert battery the phone shows the last time moment.when we press on switch the phone switched of.after few seconds when i pressed on switch the phone normally start up.then phone hang up.the phone is water complaint.when connect it my infinity box.the phone did not detect to boot.
is any solution please reveal.

You must check phone hardware very carefully, reball CPU and flash chip as a first step.
