I looked for serial cables for sale for this phone, and the models they supported, with this models I searched pinout, looked at my USB pinouts with a tester(to know my USB pinout) and the pinout of my PTT microphone auriculars, and i found this that matches all of them so this one should be the complete pinout of the phone(THANK YOU JC_BY):
