v3 keys playing up

my v3 when turned on, the volume keys and other keys start pressing themselves, the phone goes crazy as if buttons are being pushed but im not touching anything! ive tried flashing and flexing but niether work.
can anyone help me with this? is it a hardware problem?

yes it's hardware problem try to change the keyboard flex
