I tried to unlock it also but it failed.
X550 is not trident i believe , as it needs to go into TAT mode.
So this prceeding is correct?

I noticed choosing trident x500, i get a temperay unlock.

you only write it supports 100% . i think you didnt try it yourself. it doesnt work . i also tried with f480v securitycode it doesnt also work. why are making wrong advertise here. i bought this box only for those models which are not supported by nspro. but also eu box doesnt work with them. if you think i am wrong please write here a good manual to unlock m310. and f480 seuritycode

Hi, yes, i think the same.
You, say unlocking works on several phones, but you dont even test it.
I tried it and it does not work.
Please only say something works if you tested it yourself.
It seems Nspro is in lead now on some phones EU still cant unock.
But im still happy with EU box, would only wish that mis-information doesnt occur in your support forum.
Especially from product supporters.
