problem with update dongle!

i try to update dongle with remote update client v 1.21 but i can't do this:

Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Can't connect to server!

Check your internet connection or try again later...

my connection internet working and server working becose if i click get license files it working:

i test in 2 pc and i don't know what is the problèm please help me!

possible server is slow!?

server have big simultaneous connections at anytime that can make slower a few seconds your operations but nothing else :-) best regards !!
