I'll try to read|write BF3, phone is connected's well, all ID and version firmware ok, but when I try to read|write|unlock - many error's see on screen. Try Henrich and BecosBrother software, no one is work. I'ts problem with phone, link or hardware? Link sheme - by BecosBrother, w|o any zender, 7805 external power.
