Sometimes some keys work,but most of times they don't work
I checked the keypad and clean it,it's ok

brother the problem is the flat, just change and problem is solved 100% working

have same problem even changed flex cable, still same.

Either dust has entered the ports or motherboard or your handset needs a firmware update. Book your handset into a service centre for an engineer to look at it.

Hey my innocent friend.....in this forum incredible engineers are available. Service centre is very very very small among this forum.
