A717 codes readed, how I enter unfreeze...

When I enter network lock codes unlock, I get "This phone is phone freezed - Deactivate fail"

I have to unfreeze it, so I do waht instructions say but still freezed, wich one is "ok" button? Maybe that is my problem....

2. enter the unfreez code "30620809" then ok (nembers will not appeazr)
3. enter the net code "52409142" then ok
