vodafone star clip v716 problems

recently i received new versions of vodafone 716 that i can't unlock with the clip. the phones are marked with hardware vers 2 on the imei label

also from querying the modem i have:

ATI7 - Manufacturer: Vodafone Group
Model: V716
Revision: I:APP-V716V100R001C02B125SP02-SEC
IMEI: 359009011******
+GCAP: +CGSM,+FCLASS,+DS

old version that i can unlock without problems are:

ATI7 - Manufacturer: Vodafone Group

IMEI: 359009010******
+GCAP: +CGSM,+FCLASS,+DS

any advice regarding the new version is wellcomed

i think vers2 is not supported by this clip itried many times and contact the supprter
but not succeed

The new vodafone is out Higher version not supported by the clip
I think for now no solution.
