Help:V3 no dispay [Archive]

I have a Motorola v3 water damaged that doesen't show anything on bouth LCD's.It's not the LCD or the flex because I had tested .I'm sure that it's a problem from pcb. Can someone point me the right glass ic that I have to change?
Please post only tested results....;)

chk the lcd flex on top...... try to clean or if not change keypad flex.....
