NEC 338 sv04 unlock help

can anybody help me? what cable is compatible with this unit? i use gx30 and nec n8 cable but still no luck...by the way i used nexux software..i already installed the drivers,everytime i try to unlock it shows done but still insert correct usim card...do i need to modify the cable? how? help

PUT CABLE IN DIRECT IN PC AND RUN SOFTWARE

PUT + (PLUS) - (MAINOS) AND PUT AND ATTACH ON SET TO CABLE
PLS MAKE SURE THAT UR FONE'S BETTERY IS CHARGED
THEN U PRESS THE BUTTON""" CLEAR SP LOCKES"""ON SOFTWARE WINDOW
U WILL SEE AFTER FEW SEC... UR SET WILL B OFF
