Thanks For Report, before post Please always Check your Pc setting,
Example: Firewall ETC.

NOTE.- MANY TIMES the server is with a really big qty of communications at same time, and you can get ERROR, but IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT SERVER IS DOWN, just retry after few minutes...
