Dear supporter
i have this problem, its dual simcard phone, the problem is when insert simcard phone become restart...i try to format & succsess..but imei its different..
the problem is i cant change imei coz i cant see imei on the back of the phone..only name of the phone,barcode,sn... what should i do next???
