Alcatel 30X charge problem

What can I do for ALCAtEL phones wich some do not charge and some charge only for few seconds?

As I don't have the service manual for 30x( BE4 ) but I did fixed that problem before with replace the TWL2212 ,you can try it
the other situation is the sw problem .

I checked what you said .
Is that the same wich we call Power IC?
your answer gave me extra power. I had changed that b4 but was not sure about what I was doing.
