how to unlock alcatel c560.. itry to modify cable but the phone is not connecting..pls help.. what the exact pinout of the box and what is the cable to be use... pls help..:(:(:(

it is Communication fault,
many resion for this error,

bad cable your are used,
wrong ftdi port select,
try to use other ftdi port,
phone Connector/jack is damage need to change, etc.

please try to follow all instruction, then post result,
we will try to solve your's problem
