e1000 key pad not working

dear,
i have e1000 key pad not working phone , but can power on and off, i checked basic one but can't do it any body have good solution pl help me

change yr keypad flex works 100%. i have changed in 7 pcs of E1000 n works well. don't try to make jumper on flex it makes worse condition.
